Rachel G. Palmer

Rachel G. Palmer is an experienced litigator with a special focus on Men's Rights. She has been named a "Rising Star" by Colorado SuperLawyers for 2022 and 2023. SuperLawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Prior to founding Palmer Family Law, Ms. Palmer was a top-rated attorney at the largest domestic litigation firm in the country, with an over 95% client approval rating. Ms. Palmer has spent her entire career focused on family law, and has spent the past decade honing her litigation skills. She has logged hundreds of hours litigating throughout the Denver Metro area, on all family law issues, including common law marriage, military pensions and retirement, psychological parentage, protection orders and restrictions of parenting time.

MICHAEL K. Palmer

Michael K. Palmer is an Equity Partner with Palmer Family Law. Prior to joining Palmer Family Law, Mr. Palmer was a Partner and Shareholder at an AV-rated, highly respected Denver area law firm. 

Mr. Palmer’s practice focuses solely on domestic relations matters particularly dissolution of marriage (including high net worth divorces and high conflict cases) and legal separation actions, including all related aspects such as the division of property and debts, spousal support and attorney’s fees, child custody issues such as the allocation of decision-making and parenting time (including high conflict and relocation actions) and child support; post-decree modifications of parenting time, decision-making, child support, and spousal support; enforcement of court orders including the enforcement of parenting time disputes.
